Political newcomer announces for Precinct 4 race

Klein resident and custom home builder Harris Malik has announced his candidacy June 25 for Harris County Precinct 4’s Justice of the Peace Position 2 after sitting judge Tom Lawrence announced last month he would not seek re-election in 2014.
