Mr. Malik began his career in commercial and residential construction in the early 1990’s. He is a Graduate Master Builder, as well as a Certified Green Professional. He is also a member of Greater Houston Builder Association, and NHBA. Mr. Malik has masterfully blended his formal education with his practical knowledge of design and construction earning him a reputation as an award-winning builder. He is known for his ability to envision the possibilities of a space and is adept at making it functional. Mr. Malik recognizes the potential impact that construction has on the environment, and as such practices his profession as a CGB, Certified Green Builder. As a CGB, he ensures that each building is designed to be energy-efficient with a minimal foot print.
